Service Guarantee Suspension
Impact of the Coronavirus on our Service Guarantee
Effective March 24, 2020 and until further notice, all shipping carriers have suspended their service guarantees for all shipments (with the exception of UPS Next Day Air & UPS Worldwide Express*) to any destination.

Effective December 14, 2020 and until further notice, USPS is experiencing unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19, which may impact delivery times.

*Effective April 5, 2021 the UPS Service Guarantee will be reinstated only for UPS Next Day Air services (including UPS Next Day Air Saver) and UPS Worldwide Express services The guaranteed delivery time for UPS Next Day Air deliveries has been extended to end-of-day (11:59 p.m. on the guaranteed day of delivery).

1. Placing an Order

A. Order Acceptance and Billing
You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any credit card or other means of payment that you provide to us. All billing information you provide to us must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information is a breach of these Terms of Use and may result in cancellation of your order. Prior to accepting an order, we may also request additional information from you. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge. We will attempt to contact you through email if all or any portion of your order is backordered, canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. All orders placed on ChurchSupplier.com are charged in full when the initial order is placed. We do this to ensure that the card details are still valid and that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the Products, as well as all shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes.

ChurchSupplier.com reserves the right, including without prior notice, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order for any reason. We will attempt to notify you through email should such limits be applied. ChurchSupplier.com also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. For purposes of these Terms of Use, “reselling” will be defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any Product(s) from ChurchSupplier.com for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of the same Product(s) to a third party.

B. Pricing Information; Availability
ChurchSupplier.com cannot confirm the price or availability of an item until after your order is placed. Pricing or availability errors may occur on the ChurchSupplier.com site. The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a Product. ChurchSupplier.com reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing or availability errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from ChurchSupplier.com. ChurchSupplier.com may, at its discretion, either contact you through email for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Pricing for products may differ on the ChurchSupplier.com site or from prices listed in any printed materials.

C. Coupon Codes
Coupon codes are limited in nature and may expire or be discontinued with or without notice. Promotional codes are void where prohibited by law. Coupon codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise transferred. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason without notice. We reserve the right in our discretion to impose conditions on the offering of any promotional code.

D. Sales Tax
The law requires that ChurchSupplier.com collect sales tax for Pennsylvania deliveries. If you represent a non-profit Pennsylvanian organization or are buying for resale, a copy of the PA tax exemption form/certificate must be provided before eliminating the PA sales tax charges. This form can be downloaded here and must be signed by an authorized representative of your chartered organization. The tax exemption form/certificate should be sent through email to sales@churchsupplier.com, faxed to (215) 322-2495 or by mail at the following address: ChurchSupplier.com; 20 Industrial Dr., Warminster, PA 18974.

Forms/certificates will be kept on file for one year.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Products will be shipped to an address designated by you, if applicable, so long as such address is complete.

A. Lost Packages
Please note that the purchaser is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. The purchaser is also responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. If the shipping company shows the packaged as having been delivered, then ChurchSupplier.com will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination. If an incorrect/incomplete address is entered or tracking shows as delivered, ChurchSupplier.com cannot be held responsible for replacing the product.

ChurchSupplier.com cannot held liable or cover the cost of lost/stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package.

B. Undeliverable Packages
If a package comes back to us as "undeliverable" or as "insufficient" or "wrong address," the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally received free shipping). Or, if the purchaser prefers, ChurchSupplier.com can issue a refund for that purchase, minus the initial cost of our shipping the goods to you.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or acts beyond our control. In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 14 days from the date your order was shipped in case it has been delayed by the US Postal system.

UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address and does do not deliver to Post Office Box (PO Box), Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) Boxes.

C. Customs, Duties and Taxes
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Churchsupplier.com has no control over these charges, nor can Churchsupplier.com predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

D. Defective/Damaged Materials
If the item is defective upon receipt, the buyer must report the defect through email within 14 days of receipt and make return arrangements.

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please contact us through email. In the case of damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, ChurchSupplier.com is unable to create a claim with the shipping carrier which means ChurchSupplier.com cannot accept responsibility for the damages. Please note: To further assist you, ChurchSupplier.com may request emailed pictures of the damaged product upon follow-up.

3. Return Policy

A. Returns

For all returns, please call Customer Service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). If your return is a result of our error, a full refund will be issued. If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and may be shipped back to our warehouse by any shipping carrier. We recommend choosing a shipping method which offers delivery confirmation to track the return shipment process. After 30 days of delivery, returns will no longer be accepted. No exceptions.

We do not give refunds or returns for the following products:

• Custom-imprinted Materials
• Sample Packets or Preview Kits
• Communion Bread or Juice/Bread Sets
• Usher and Clergy Apparel
• Used Cremation Urns and Jewelry

Unless otherwise stated below, you have 30 days from the date the tracking number states the order was delivered to get a valid RMA from our Customer Service department and get your product to a shipper to return back to us. It does not have to be back in our warehouse within 30 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA). RMAs must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned. Only one RMA is issued per return. Upon arrival at the ChurchSupplier warehouse all returned items are inspected. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. It must also be in new and unused condition. Any returns received without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. Any merchandise not in its original packaging or in sellable condition will not be accepted or refunded.

You have two options depending on your preference:
Before the return: To receive the new item sooner, you can go ahead and place an order for the new item before you return the old item. We will credit the original payment method once we receive the return.
After the return: Follow the same steps as a regular return. Once you receive your refund, you can place a new order.

All returns must include the following:
1. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. Original packing slip. Do not dispose of the packing slip until you have examined the product.
3. The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the shipping box. The RMA# must be clearly visible on the outside packaging of the items being returned to our warehouse.
4. Ship RMA package back to Churchsupplier.com. We recommend picking a delivery method which offers delivery confirmation to track the status of the RMA shipment.

*You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our return facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

B. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, different size, or different product altogether, we are happy to help you with that! The process is similar to a return, and all the same policies listed in our Return Policy apply.
