Custom Die Cast Zinc Coins - 1 1/2 Inch

One or two sided, 1 1/2 inch, Custom-made Die Cast Zinc Coins. Scalloped edge are available for an additional .30¢ per side, per piece. One sided coins will have matted backside. There is a one time Die Charge of $180.00 per side.
One sided coins are 12 gauge, .081 inch thick. Two sided coins are 10 gauge, .101 inch thick.
Die charges are for standard relief dies. 3D, portrait and complicated dies will be quoted upon receipt of art.
Finishes: Antique bronze, antique pewter or antique copper.
Optional epoxy color fills are available for an additional .25¢ per color, per side and per piece.
Packaging Options: Our coins are delivered in individual Poly bags at no extra charge. Two-piece boxes are available for an additional .40¢ per piece. A plastic box is available for an additional .45¢ per piece. Deluxe velour boxes are available for an additional $2.25 per piece. Adhesive backings are also available for coins at an additional .25¢ per piece. Prep charge for coins used as an embedment in LuciteŽ add .25¢ per piece.
Pre-production Sample: $50.00 plus die charges.
Production Time: 3 - 4 weeks after approval of paper proof or pre-production sample.

Artwork Requirements: Simply send us your vector, EPS artwork with fonts outlined. If your design includes a color fill, please assign a spot, PMS color to each color fill.
If you are not a designer and can not supply your own vector, EPS artwork, we can work with you to create the artwork. Please call our Customer Service Representative at (800) 322-6203 to discuss your project and receive a quote. Artwork charges may apply.
