We ordered 3 of these for our sanctuary. Each one had minor imperfections (scrapes in the wood, and areas along the seams that didn't get fully stained. 1 came with the lid fully detached, and missing screws. we contacted Customer Service the same day and waited 3 days for a reply, once contacted they shipped a replacement along with a return shipping label to return the damaged one.
Overall our experience has been a good one, the workmanship seems to be good quality except the few minor things mentioned above.
The product was just as described.
