Silk Screened: We directly silk-screen onto a polished Brass, Silver or Aluminum disc. This process permits adjoining registration of colors without the need for metal between colors. Die Cast Lapel Pin   

A Dimensional Die Cast Lapel Pin at an affordable price. A sculptured model is created from your design, which is then made into a mold into which a hot zinc alloy is injected. After cooling, the casting is polished and either Gold, Antique Gold, silver, Antique Silver, Nickel, Black Nickel, Antique Nickel, Copper, Antique Copper, Brass, Antique Brass plated. An ideal solution where cutout words and letters are required. Individually poly bagged. A gold or silver antique finish is available. 		 
Prices Include: A military squeeze clutch with a nail back. Prices are based on the largest dimension. For sizes over 1-1/4" please call for quotation. Magnetic attachments available $.85 each. For color fill add $0.20 per color. We can color-fill with either Soft Enamel, or Synthetic Cloisonné to match PMS colors.

Two-Tone Lapel Pin

Each custom designed Two-Tone Lapel Pins has a high polish 14kt gold plate finish that provides a look of prestige jewelry. This process offers a high polish finish with a choice of backgrounds (sandblasted [matte], Florentine or Stipple). Can be combined with Cloisonne color fill for an enhanced look. Individually poly bagged.

Photo-Etched Soft Enamel with Epoxy Dome Lapel Pin

Photo-Etched Soft Enamel is the most popular type Lapel Pins we offer. Each pin is photo-etched on solid brass, providing the look of Cloisonne, but is less expensive. PMS color matching is available at no additional cost. Fluorescent colors available. A clear optional Epoxy Dome seals in the colors and gives each pin a three-dimensional look.
